What is a solid fragrance?
Solid fragrances are an alternative to traditional alcohol based fragrances (Eau de Parfum) which carry the scent in a solid wax that can be rubbed into the wrists and neck rather than applied through the spray of an atomizer.
Modern solid fragrances not only have the same toxic scents but utilize synthetic waxes and preservatives to make them cheaper. At Malabar, we make solid fragrances with our same premium organic cold-pressed scents and opt for a custom wax blend of organic certified beeswax and organic certified apricot kernel oil.
How do I use a solid fragrance?
Press your finger into the tin until you have a small amount on your finger, and then rub it into your wrists, neck, or any other part of the skin where you would normally apply your fragrance. It's that simple.
One nice thing about a solid fragrance is its portability, via a secure steel tin, and its ability to be applied discreetly without a spritz in the air.
